  • Analyze student diagnostics for strengths and weaknesses

  • Assign tasks according to highest priority areas

  • Hold students accountable to daily tasks

  • Answer questions via text and video message

  • Meet with students via Zoom for coaching calls (not just "tutoring" or spoonfeeding answers)
