What you'll do:

Analyze student diagnostics for strengths and weaknesses
Assign tasks according to highest priority areas
Hold students accountable to daily tasks
Answer questions via text and video message
Meet with students via Zoom for coaching calls (not just "tutoring" or spoonfeeding answers)
Grow into mentoring and managing other coaches as you share your expertise

Who the best fit will be:

You have experience teaching or working with high school students
